🎓 Qualifications

• Legal Officer: Degree in Law or Sri Lanka Law College qualification with at least 01 year of experience.
• Field Officer: G.C.E. A/L (2 subjects), NVQ Level 5 in Agriculture/Plantation/Agribusiness Management, and a valid motorcycle driving licence.
• Management Assistant: G.C.E. O/L (6 subjects with 4 credits) & A/L (3 subjects) qualifications, plus NVQ Level 4 in MS Office.
• Field Assistant: G.C.E. O/L (6 subjects with 2 credits) and NVQ Level 4 in the relevant field.
• Backhoe Operator: G.C.E. O/L (6 subjects with 2 credits), heavy vehicle driving licence, and NVQ Level 4 in backhoe operation.
• Driver: G.C.E. O/L (6 subjects with 2 credits), heavy vehicle & four-wheeled tractor driving licence, and 03 years of driving experience.

Age limit: 18 – 45 years (22 – 45 years for Legal Officer).

💰 Salary

Salary range: Rs. 43,280 – Rs. 168,240 (plus Rs. 17,800 cost-of-living allowance & other government allowances)

The salary depends on the position and applicable salary scale (paid according to Circular 01/2025).
