Applications are called from eligible Sri Lankan citizens for contract-basis posts in the Ruwanwella Water Supply Project under the National Water Supply and Drainage Board.

💻 Key Roles & Remuneration:

• Engineer (Mechanical) (01 Post):
  • Option 1 Salary: Rs. 240,000/= + COL Allowance (Degree/equivalent + Associate Membership + 5 years experience, or Class II/III officer with 5 years experience).
  • Option 2 Salary: Rs. 190,000/= + COL Allowance (Degree/equivalent + Associate Membership + 2 years experience, or Class II/III officer with 3 years experience).
  • Option 3 Salary: Rs. 180,000/= + COL Allowance (Degree/equivalent + Associate Membership).

• Management Assistant (01 Post):
  • Salary: Rs. 69,015/= + COL Allowance.
  • Qualifications: G.C.E. (O/L) with 6 subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, English, Mathematics with 4 credit passes; 3 passes at G.C.E. (A/L); plus a Diploma in Computer Studies/English (minimum 6 months) or equivalent.

📝 Terms & Selection Method

• Terms: Initially on a 1-year contract with a possibility of annual renewal based on satisfactory performance.
• Selection: Shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview; selection is based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance. Public/corporate sector applicants must channel applications through their Head of Organization.
