Commissioner General of Examinations Amita Jayasundara told Silumina that from the year 2026, all government examinations will be implemented again under the schedule that existed 6 years ago.

Accordingly, he pointed out that the grade 5 scholarship and GCE A/L exams will be held in August, the GCE O/L exam will be held in December, and the rest of the government exams will also be held as per the scheduled schedule. (Source – Silumina 15.03.2025)
