How to Obtain the Handbook
Students can purchase the University Admission Handbook by paying Rs. 1000, using the following methods:
01. Direct Purchase:
From the UGC Secretariat: No. 20, Ward Place, Colombo 07
(through distributing agents appointed across the island)
02. By Post:
Deposit Rs. 1000 at:
BOC – Account No. 0002323287 (Torrington Branch)
People’s Bank – Account No. 167-1-001-4-3169407 (Town Hall Branch)
Send the authenticated bank slip with a written request, specifying:
- Applicant’s name
- Preferred language medium of the handbook
- Include a self-addressed un-stamped envelope (minimum 37cm x 26cm)
