23,344 vacancies in the Sri Lanka Teachers Service are to be filled soon.
The Ministry of Education has stated that the competitive examination gazette for graduate teachers will be requested within two weeks.
The examinations will be held in two categories.
01. Examination for graduates in government service – Age limit to be increased to 45
02. General examination for other graduates – Age limit to be increased to 45.

උපාධිධාරී ගුරුවරුන් සඳහා වන තරඟ විභාග ගැසට් පත්රය සති දෙකක් ඇතුළත ඉල්ලා සිටින බව අධ්යාපන අමාත්යාංශය ප්රකාශ කර ඇත.
විභාග කාණ්ඩ දෙකකින් පැවැත්වේ.
- රජයේ සේවයේ උපාධිධාරීන් සඳහා විභාගය – වයස් සීමාව 45 දක්වා වැඩි කෙරේ
අනෙකුත් උපාධිධාරීන් සඳහා සාමාන්ය විභාගය – වයස් සීමාව 45 දක්වා වැඩි කෙරේ.
