We are seeking a passionate & creative female content creator to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human rights issues, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce engaging and impactful content across various platforms.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Tamil is essential.
• Proficiency in either Sinhala or English.
• Ability to translate Tamil to English or Sinhala Strong social media handling skills, including experience with various platforms and content creation,.
• Excellent news writing skills with the ability to convey complex issues clearly and concisely.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Canva.
• Optional: Proficiency in video editing.
Undergraduates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing social media platforms to engage with our audience and raise awareness about human rights issues.
Contribute to content creation for social media channels, including writing posts and creating visually appealing graphics.
Research and draft news articles related to human rights violations and advocacy efforts.
Support the team with any video editing tasks, if applicable.
